Ministry to Adults
There are many opportunities for adults at Mountain View to stay active in ministry. Through our Sunday School program you can study the Bible with other interested learners and engage in times of fellowship, both in church and throughout the week. During our Wednesday Bible study, we have an opportunity to bear one another’s burdens and receive edification through personal testimony and encouragement through Biblical instruction.
As soon we are able to meet once again, we will embark on a Disciple-Making curriculum to help each of us be prepared to share our faith and help someone else grow in grace. This project will encompass 6-9 months of study, followed by breaking into smaller groups to dig deeper into the Word.
During these months, youth and adults will join together to help us focus our energies on the important task of being and making disciples.
Our ladies have a variety of activities announced each month to enable them to serve together and grow in their knowledge of God’s Word.
Our men look forward to an annual men's retreat at Camp Kanasatake in the spring. In addition, we have a winter hike, a fall golf outing, and several other activities designed to sharpen one another and promote fellowship.
